My mirrors don't and my door doesn't close properly

My door was supposed to fixed and now when you close it , it does close all the way and leaks through top. Also my mirror was to get replaced but you put wrong mirror on that doesn't match the passenger side. Everytime I call I get an answering machine that doesn't work.
