Overall repairs is excellent, but time frame of works is a little bit slow, like a simple scratch took almost a month, what if it is much bigger damage? How long will it take to finish the job.

Coordinating the drop-off of the vehicle, the estimate, and the repair was all done in 2-3 days. Didn't have to wait an outrageous amount of time for the replacement of a Catalytic Converter.
