My new car's bumper got hit at night by junk left on the freeway. Working with Look Auto was smooth extremely throughout, from the initial estimate to drop off and pick up. Since it was my first time having to do exterior repairs on any car, I asked a lot of questions and they happily answered all of them! Everyone I interacted with was great, friendly & helpful (Joel, Tammy, Mario). The work they did was excellent and made my car look brand new again. I would highly recommend using their services!

Mario was great with clear communications and expectations. It is unfortunate, we couldn’t troubleshoot and figure out past sliding door issue but he tried his best to accommodate my request and did his due diligence to make sure he did review the issue with the best of his abilities.
