Mario was great with clear communications and expectations. It is unfortunate, we couldn’t troubleshoot and figure out past sliding door issue but he tried his best to accommodate my request and did his due diligence to make sure he did review the issue with the best of his abilities.

I had my back bumper replaced and the trunk doesn’t close easily. You have push very hard multiple times before it stays closed. Taking it back to have it fixed. Not acceptable.

Had a great experience recently. Dropped my car off on Monday and they were able to get it all fixed before Christmas. Very much appreciated all their hard work. Also I noticed my car was detailed a little bit inside and vaccumed all the dirt and leaves from weather mat. Thank you so much.
