Look auto-body did a great job with the car repair. It took slightly longer than originally planned, but it got done. I had a slight noise issue due to something rubbing against the brake pad and Mario took care of that immediately. Overall, I had a pretty good experience.

Julian was a great representative for your company. I was nervous and upset about the accident on the date I met Julian. His calm demeanor was so nice and reassuring. He helped me by contacting the rent a car and they came and picked me. Today, when I came to pick up my car he was also warm and very competent. The car looks great and I feel very thankful for LOOK Auto Body.
