All of the repair work was excellent.

I would have given a 10 rating, except for the fact that as part of the repair work, a new tire and new wheel were put on the car, but after picking it up upon completion of all the work, the next day I checked the tire pressure on the new tire and it was at 30 PSI compared to the vehicle's recommended 35 PSI for tire pressure. You would think the mechanic should have inflated the tire up to the recommended pressure!

No I thought the other one was about personnel I do have to say that there was a really bad paint smell for several days after I've got my car back I didn't like that but other than that the car worked fine.
