I would not want anyone to go through what we went through it was very bad and awful experience. My nerves could not handle the pressure and promosing of getting the car done and it was never done when they told us.

It took 3 extra weeks to fix the car. The staff is very rude, uneducated and I left several voice mails before anyone would callme back. And whwn someone finally called they did not know anything about the car.

I really wanted Swope collision centre to do the work because of their BMW expertise. Instead, they did only the basic physical damage fix that any shop could have done. Sorry, but I am pretty steamed about the whole experience. Now I have to take AmFam to court.

My estimator was horrible at communicating with me before and throughout the process of having my car. I came very prepared with all documents so there should have been no problem. However, the manager did rectify the situation.
