I am very disappointed due to the unprofessional work that was done but more importantly, the number of attempts it has taken to get it right. And to date there are some issues that are still unresolved. This has been a very exhausting and stressful ordeal and no customer should have to go through this.

You have a team of workers that are professionals and you could not do the job on my cadillac that you said you could. Your team took the whole creased line out of my cadillac and could not put it back like it was but they are professionals and this is their daily job duty. Never again! My drivers door do not lock now and the caddy symbols have fallen off where your team tried to glue them back on. Once you attempt to fix what is broken, I will not recommend or use your services again.

Leon was great and facilitated the forgotten painting immediately. That being said, communication of this process was horrible. I called and left a message and never got a call back. When I called again still no response. Finally received a text from them and was able to respond to that but still did not have a prompt reply.
