I was so pleased with the appearance of my car with the new bumper. The front end of my car was very clean and it looked like the black trim had been given some attention. I was motivated to clean the rest of my black (now gray) trim and it really made a difference. Thanks for a great job.

The communication was not as I expected. I had to initiate phone calls to check on the status after receiving text messages on the expected pick up dates that the pick up date had been extended another two weeks, and then another 3 weeks after that. A phone call (not initiated by me) should have been made to me to explain prior to those pickup date extension texts being sent out. My car was at Caliber Collision for a total of 2 1/2months, which was much longer than I was told to expect.

Although I received some text updates, they didn't always prove to be accurate. My pick up date was rescheduled the first time due to the damage being more extensive than it was initially thought. I understood that completely; however, once a new time frame was established, I received several text messages stating that the work was coming along nicely and it looked like it was on target to be repaired within the estimated time frame. I even received another text on a different day stating that the repairs should be finished that day (a Friday) and would then move in line for paint. The deadline was later pushed out another 2 weeks and I was told by someone different there were still numerous repairs to be done. After that extension ended, it was then extended for one more week. I understand that things happen, but the communication should have been more clear.

Forest, Nikkie, and Morgan were amazing step-by-step. The process was flawless by vehicle was returned to me in better condition than I could have ever expected. Thank you to the caliber collision, Colonial Heights, Virginia team for taking such great care of my vehicle and communicating every step of the way was amazing. These three people need a raise. I think a compensation review is in order for all the people that were involved with my vehicle because they took care of me from beginning to end with no problems. Thanks again and thank you all.
