You quoted 1.3 hours to change out my outside mirror… You kept my car for four days. And then you charge me an additional $120 over the estimated price. Very disappointed in the experience with your company

Didn’t seem to care that we were dissatisfied and was told to contact insurance. Did that and insurance called them and nobody has called me back to get the vehicle fixed.

4 days prior to car pickup I met with estimator Mike and understood 1 remaining step was the installation of a clear plastic shield on the lower right front fender. At car pickup today the plastic shield was still missing. I’ll need to return to Loyalty Collision to have this item installed. This is unnecessary!

The reason I took my car to loyalty Collision is because I know they do excellent work and they stand behind their work. I worked with Kyle and they did a great job on my car and met my expectations and satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone especially if you have a Toyota.
