The front in of the grill on my car is lose and keep coming apart, the front bumper on the right side keep popping lose. I tried to call several times on Friday after speaking with my claim person from progressive & he stated to call someone there they worked on my car

I would only recommend if they change the form for authorization to repair.

The work was good. The length of time it took was not. I also have issues with the authorization to repair form. The form reliefs them of shabby work. They had issues with the information I crossed out. You should review the form before continuing to do business with them.
