I feel like this was the worst experience I have had so far in dealing with anything like this. I was quoted one thing then it turned out to be another. I was going to just say forget it but I was told that they had broke my bumper when they took it off so I didn't have that option. I was paying out of pocket which I could no longer do. I had to file with my insurance company. I told the manager there named Andrew that I felt as though that $200.00 deductible should have been waived or the shop should have paid it with all the trouble that I went through. He told me that it was not possible. Anything is possible!

Most of the time when I called to speak to someone about my truck I was always told that they were always out with someone else and that they would call me back and they never did.

I rated them a 4, cause I know they could do better than what they did this time. Their timing was off and status updates were none. Parts that were ordered took another week after I picked up the car and they failed to notify me.

They are getting a 6, cause they could have done a better job in ordering parts and in giving updates on car and informing me of extra damage they added to the car. The ladies up front were extremely nice and can only do so much.
