She made you you would rent the car of your choice if it was available She explained the rental policy and made sure you understood your responsibility in renting the car. .

Darcy has excellent customer service skills. She texted me periodically keeping me informed on the progress of repairing my Rogue. She has a outstanding personality. She is highly beneficial to your company. Cody, Caleigh, and Kelly has excellent telephone etiquette. You felt welcomed upon entering the building. They greet you upon entering their desks. They asked you questions about the service you were requiring. They also gave you paperwork to fill out, and were willing to assist you if you needed help. Their kindness was really appreciated.

From start to finish I was given the impression everyone hated their job and their attitudes reflected this to me. The girl at the front desk was short with me, never explained the process to me for repairs, the gentlemen that did the estimate must have also been preoccupied, didn’t say much and did not explain to me what to expect for the repair process. Even the girl who issued the rental car seemed to have a bad attitude.
