I gave this score because I wasnt happy about the estimate. And I still dont think everything was found. So i got rid of the car. They gave me a price, ordered the part and fixed it. I brought it back the next day and showed them where it was still missing a part. I was going to be charge another service fee if they had to take the bumper off. I dont think thats good business if I would have had to pay both times when they gave a poor estimate. Plus it took time out of my day to have to come back twice.

The repair on my vehicle looks perfect! It looks like a brand new car. I am extremely happy with the quality of work and this dealership and staff goes above and beyond every single time I have had my car serviced. There was an issue with getting a car rental from Enterprise and Loyalty stepped up and took care of me with their own rental vehicle when the other company failed to do so. I really appreciated that and I’m more than happy with my recent service.

I have never previously believed in using body shops not related to the vehicle make. Loyalty has now done outstanding work on my Ford Edge and my Ford Escape. They will also do any future work
