The night before the almost daily texts told me my car would be done, I was notified that it would be late. I was told to call for more information. I left a message and did not receive a return call. Once I received a text that told me my car was completed. I came in and I was told it was accidently sent in error by the automated system. Really???

Wayne, the Head Mechanic, and the Receptionist were extremely helpful to me and I definitely want to give praise to all three. I live in Arlington, VA so I really appreciated how Wayne and the Head Mechanic saved me a trip back to Richmond by fixing the bolt on my muffler urgently. I was able to drive away from the Geico Service Center with my own car and I was able to drive home safely to Washington/Arlington. Wayne (especially Wayne!), the Head Mechanic, and the rest of your staff should be given credit for excellent customer service! Usually getting any work done on my car is a very painful experience but Wayne and the Head Mechanic made sure that was not the case and they should be rewarded for that.

Wayne, the Head Mechanic, and the dark haired Receptionist provided great customer service. Honestly, it was the best customer service I've had in a long time. I often leave the auto repair shop feeling like I've been robbed or blinded or both but this experience was the total opposite.
