My vehicle was released not being finished. No personal experience. Driving around on a warp rim and no timeframe to get it fixed.

No personal experience. I had to call to find out if my vehicle was ready. My rental expired two days before they released the vehicle. Again, I had to call to find out.

I really can't compare you to other companies, since I haven't needed a repair in many years. But not giving a 10 due to the length of the repair.

The repair took way longer than I ever anticipated. As Wendy explained, it was out of your control that the aftermarket parts were either damaged or wrong, but it was frustrating. I ended up having to pay quite a bit out of pocket for the rentals since the project went way over. I was told for several weeks that the car would be ready by Friday. Wendy mostly kept me up to date and or always got back to me. Because of the lengthy repair time, I can not give you a 10. The finished product looks fine.

We are super happy with the results and the speed of the repairs. The only thing we can't comment on is the price, it seems very expensive to us but we can't really tell why and how justified it is, but we trust you.
