I thought the repair took a long time for the amount of damage, but I was pleased with the finished job! A Los thought that both Dian and Susan were very assuring that things were fine, both girls are awesome !! I give them and the repair mechanics a 10, great job!!!

Vicki did a great job on the estimate. The parts were ordered quickly and a few days later I was notified to bring in my Equinox and a day and a half later, it was completed and ready. A most efficient and thoughtful operation all the way around.

The Nikki and her team are first class all the way. They are focused on making sure the customer receives quality service and they explain the suggested repairs and why it’s necessary for safety. They are very transparent. Adding a video of the technician evaluating your vehicle is first class all the way. Loyal knocked it out of the park!!!
