Myself will never be going back and already informed family and friends to not go. I got my car back and immediately had to go and spend 50 dollars on getting parts for the car.

Trash left in the car when said it'd be clean and had to wait because they was supposed to be cleaning it and getting it ready. Beer bottle cap was left in the vehicle. Blinker and brake lights didn't work. Failed to change the oil and we had to go and buy all new spark plugs. Right passenger front seat speaker blown. We have to slam the driver door to get it to shut properly. Also the mechanics couldn't figure how to start the vehicle. Very disappointed. I expected my car to come back and be running good and to look good especially with them having it for 2 months. The only thing I'm satisfied with was the mechanics made it look like the car never got into a wreck. I will never be bringing my car back.

The customer service it self was great. But we ended up making 4, 3 hour trips because we kept getting told our car was ready. They changed the date 8 different times .
