I came to your collision center for the free loaner promised to Lunghamer customers. I was told no loaners cars were available due vehicle shortage even though your dealership sends out emails promoting this program. If the program is not available then don't promote it. The Lunghamer notification system provided inaccurate updates. I'm not sure why its even used. My vehicle was not completed when I attempted to pick it up on 3/25. There was over spray on the front fender, damage to the drivers door, scratches on the passenger door and additional damage on the passenger door handle. In addition, the vehicle was not properly cleaned as there was paint marks on the door and dust from sanding inside the vehicle and doors. I am satisfied with the final corrections that were made and appreciate Dan coordinating the oil change and tire rotation that was needed and prevented a secondary service call. With a better focus on customer service and striving for excellence this experience could have been more positive.

The end result appears to be a good repair job. The challenges of getting it done right was difficult and frustrating. I am glad to be honest with anyone that asks me my opinion.

The electronic notification system is worthless unless the staff utilizes it correct. Told my vehicle would take 5 days only to get an electronic update that said it would be over 10 days! Information is worthless unless its accurate!

Guys were great at delivery. A couple of tweaks were needed and they did it on the spot. Looks like it did before it was smashed. Checked as best I could given still walking around busted up myself. Regular emails from the system came with very high level progress. Given how long they had my truck, I would have liked a bit more detail. I did call them a couple of times to understand status. Would recommend.

I thought the body work was done quite well and was extremely pleased with them washing my car and a little cleaning on the inside. Those gestures really made my day and shows that they care about what they do. This will be where I go when I need work and have already begun recommending this location. Also I was impressed by the price. We weren't gouged like other businesses tried to do. Thank you so much!

The repair was great, I was always updated on how the repair was going and would overall give it a 10. But the inside of my car, from sanding and buffing that was done, was extremely dusty. I thought I was told they cleaned the inside and outside of my car but it didn’t seem that way. I didn’t bring in a very clean car and I know that, but the dust in it is crazy. Now I will need to go and get it detailed
