Phil was able to see me the same day to give me a rough estimate and the approximate time it would take to make the repairs. He described the process and was said I could drop the vehicle off as soon as the next day. I talked to Phil the day the vehicle was going to be ready. He called later on that day to confirm that the vehicle would be and the time I could pick it up. All repairs were done, the vehicle looked amazing and the car was detailed so it was nice and clean. They took care to cover the steering wheel, shifting knob, seat and driver's side floor. I was impressed that they took so much care to respect the vehicle. Phil was friendly and professional. The process was seamless.
