I worked solely with Gerard Connolly and cannot express how well he handled everything. He was direct and honest. He was always available to talk or returned my calls expeditiously. The timing of my accident was not great with moving my family to Virginia but I truly felt that Gerard understood the situation and helped the best he could. Jerrod was amazing! From start to finish, he did an amazing job, he contacted us communicated clearly and the work that luxury auto body did was amazing and fantastic. It was like brand new and the car was even detailed highly recommended five star.!!!

I had an amazing experience going through Luxury Auto Body. Jared was straight forward and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They gave me an estimate within a day and were able to fix my vehicle within a week. They kept me updated throughout the entire process as well. Olive looks brand new and USAA was able to cover everything including the deductible. Customer service is amazing at Luxury Auto Body and they have a nice waiting area. Hope not to be back, but will be back for any car repair needs!
