It was the easiest, most painless experience, and I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who assisted me through the process. The insurance claim was effortless, it's great that there is a GEICO office on the premises, and the vehicle looks fantastic. They even cleaned the whole thing, inside and out. Major kudos and 5 stars.

Everything was fine and the work looks and feels good. I appreciate picking up a cleaned car too. If I had to pick something to change it would be just an explanation of why the estimated time of repair went from two and a half days to five. I assume more damage was found or you were waiting on a part but I don't know why. Other than that I couldn't think of anything else and I don't really mind the added time just did not know why. Thank you
