There was a scratch on it that wasn't on there when it came in. They fixed it but it was obvious enough the quality inspection should have caught it.

Was told that my vehicle was a drop off . That appointments came first. Slow to keep me informed at first. Took 3 to 4 days for them to evaluate my vehicle. Painter was out so finish was delayed a few days. It appears the work was well done except I found scratches on the front bumper that were missed. They were able to buff most of it out

I was impressed by how soon the repair could be made and then how quickly it was completed. I appreciated the live text updates and the automated live job costs report online. The coordination with the rental car agency took a headache off my to-do list.
