Initially working with Jeff Mowbray to get the estimate was fine. But as soon as I agreed to the quote and then started asking him clarification questions about what work was being performed, cost and timing he became somewhat indignant and belligerent that I was daring to ask questions. A simple explanation of how the interior needed to be taken apart and the right rear door and rear hatch needed to be taken off would have explained my question on why the job took over 3 weeks. Also he didn’t explain that you were also getting the Z-Bart redone; which would have further explained the extra time needed to get the job done.
