If I could give them a zero I would. They are extremely unprofessional, zero communication or compassion for how long they take. I’ve been without a car for 6 months, they only offered a rental to me in February after lying about a snow trunk hitting me car, when in reality they just didn’t have the car done. The amount of times they lied is ridiculous. I will never do business with them again. Terrible service, my car looks okay but for it to be gone so long my car should look brand new.
