We are a 1-stop auto repair facility, and we have mechanics and auto body works in our shop. We can perform mechanic repairs, electronic repairs, maintenance, alignment, auto body works, welding, painting, structural repair and etc. Our mission is to make auto body repair easier for customers. Last thing is I just wanted to provide some constructive feedback that hopefully will help your business in future. Overall your communication was pretty good but you need to be more proactive when it comes to updates about timing. You originally told me it would take 3 business days to complete the repair process and it ended up taking 7 business days. I understand that unexpected things come up during the process but you need to proactively provide communication when things change and not wait for the customer to ask the status. There were multiple times during the process that I asked you to keep me updated if the timing was going to change and you didn’t proactively follow through with those updates unless I asked. That can get very frustrating from a customer viewpoint especially when needing to make additional alternative transportation arrangements like we did. I just want to emphasize the importance of high quality customer service being a key component driving the success of a business. Hope you find this feedback helpful and you make some improvements with providing honest, proactive timing communication going forward.
