We are a 1-stop auto repair facility, and we have mechanics and auto body works in our shop. We can perform mechanic repairs, electronic repairs, maintenance, alignment, auto body works, welding, painting, structural repair and etc. Our mission is to make auto body repair easier for customers. I was committed for 1 week (maybe 2 weeks) to complete the work but it ended up taking 4 weeks. Before the work started, i was also told that mworks can provide me rental/loaner car possibly but since i was traveling out of station for a week i didnt take that car. When i returned from the trip after a week, i was not offered loaner car anymore and they continued on repairing my car for 3 more weeks. It was very difficult to manage without car during that time. I would have appreciated support during the time when mwork ended up taking double the time committed originally.

Very hard to reach out to them , i had to call them multiple times to reach them. And when they pickup the phone they mentioned to me in a rather rude way that i shouldnt have been bursting their phone repeatedly since they were working to provide me update. And i was not aware that they were working on that , since they never picked the call to tell me . This conversation could have been handled much more politely by Ashlie, but she ended up taking a path which was very rude.

The repair seems to be good quality. Overspray and paint in bed of truck was left behind. Overall, minimal communication and 6 weeks being in the shop for a 1 week repair led to frustration. Overspray was left all over the windshield and some windows. Leads me to believe the entire truck is covered in overspray. Which could lead to future issues.
