The worst experience i’ve ever had with an auto body repair shop. Besides needing the job redone completely - it is still not up to par. There are scratches on my glass -my hood is not aligned. Horrible firm.

As a result of the job needing to be redone - there was a complete loss of my time - not only on having to bring my car back and have the job redome - another week of my time - i also lost hours trying to get a car rental - there were no cars I asked for compensation - and instead, they called the cops on me. Great way to take care of customer service - after they dropped the ball on the job. All had to be redone. They told my insurance company that these were new items that showed up - when in fact what was done needed to be redone. A do over should have been at the cost to the auto repair shop - they screwed up.

First,the truck was not finished at pick up.The truck is still not finished. 2nd the rep was in a big hurry to collect payment before I was allowed to inspect my truck,which I would not have paid for until it is actually finished.3rd,I just noticed that every bit of change I left in my chandigarh compartment was stolen while in the possession of m3.only about 30 bucks,but still.you are not trustworthy.after 3 seperate experiences with you,I will never return.
