Very satisfied. Once I brought the car in for them to fix it, it actually got done 3 days earlier. They also kept you informed at what stage they were at till it was done. Everyone was great from the Office Workers to the ones that worked on it.

They did an AWESOME JOB! Car took 2 weeks which was a while but also getting parts takes a lot of time. The car looked brand new and was SO CLEAN. I nearly cried to have my car back cleaner, nicer, and better than it was when I left it. Also everyone at M3 Collision and Neptune was beyond nice and helpful!! Great group of employees

Car almost had to stay a day later and after some discussing with them they were able to get it done that day. Was also getting speed dial to enterprise to further get me a new rental car and newer one since mine was shit.

I had bugs in my car an the sound I complained about after the accident it’s still there I feel like you guys just took my money cause you could an also seen bugs in my car after I got my car back I’m very upset an not happy wish I never used this company
