Thank you for getting my car fixed. I was under a very tight schedule to get the car fixed before a planned vacation. You can just imagine when the system predicted it to be ready just an hour before flight time. Everyone I came into contact was kind, understanding and did everything to get it ready ASAP, and now I have 4 full days to prepare for my trip. Thanks doesn't say enough.

the customer service reps were friendly, but the car still has scratch in area that should have been repaired. they also asked me to empty the car after i had already arrived, even though it was just a door that was damaged.
