"I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair and the overall service I received. They kept me updated every step of the way and communicated with me throughout the entire process. My car was actually ready before the estimated completion time, which I really appreciated. They also went above and beyond by detailing my car before I picked it up. They made the rental process extremely convenient by allowing me to pick up the rental right at their location, and they also assisted me with returning the rental when my car was ready. The entire experience was smooth, convenient, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing car repairs!"

"My experience with Acme in Northampton was perfect! Josh started by letting me know in an understandable way what work was needed and how long it would take to complete. I was kept informed during the process about how things were going and whether the initial time frame would hold. I never needed to call or text because of this excellent communication. When I was ready to pick up my car,I thought I would have to stop first at Enterprise Car Rental but rather Josh made it much easier and less time consuming for me. I could drop off my rental car at Acme & he would arrange to have the car picked up. Since my husband was home after a recent operation, I greatly appreciated this time saving. Josh explained what had been done to my car and even suggested that I shouldn’t have my car washed for a month. He walked me to my car to make sure I saw what had been done. I was amazed !it looked eve"
