In addition to some issues with inaccurate timing estimates (1.5 weeks past the anticipated completion date), there was a part that was incorrectly installed, which required the car to be towed back in to the shop.

So disappointment. Gaico paid them to return the parts, but they opened more problems for my car. The hood is not closing correctly, low beams daylights are not working, and windows are not going up and down. I asked the two guys, and they were very unprofessional in the work, and they said to call Gaico.
