Very dissatisfied with how Maaco handled my claim. When I received the vehicle, they had not reinstalled my LED bulbs even after I requested that they do so. My horn was not working so had to bring it back. My windshield washer fluid was emptied and not refilled. On top of all this, they were extremely rude over the phone. Will not be going back and would never recommend them to anyone.

Michael Panaro was amazing took care of me his customer servive was the best.. The work on the car was good.. couple of things tho. They forgot to put a light bulb in my rare back light.. They also forgot to clip in a peice by my back window.. i did go back and they took care of it.. the detail job that was done for the inside of my car was aweful.. the roof inside near were the peice needed to be clip in is black very dirty looks like someone didn't have clean hands when they clip that peice in. Looks like they try to clean it but it looks worse. They wipe it down poorly . The rugs were vacuum poorly.. would love to have Macco get my car re detailed and clean inside and have them pick up the tab for that. Again can not say enough about Mike tho great guy.
