Someone who worked on my vehicle stole all the quarters and dollar coins from my center console. I learned a lesson about the dangers of leaving literally any belongings in my vehicle when getting it serviced though, admittedly, this is the first time I've ever dealt with this sort of thing and is adequate reason to never return to another Maaco for service and to share my negative experience with others.

I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. I would 100% recommended anyone looking for repairs to go here! The customer service in the office was exceptional! I felt completely comfortable leaving my car there knowing it would be well taken car of because they were so nice and informative. When I went to pick it up the car looked amazing even better than before the accident.

I called ahead of time to let staff know I’m at high risk of Covid, so I wanted to know what steps we could take to keep this transaction as safe as possible. So they knew that before I came to the shop—they also know were in the middle of a pandemic before I walked into the shop—and NOBODY WAS WEARING A MASK. Basically they risked my life for a transaction. What kind of ANIMALS do that? The ones at Maaco. So, no, I’m not happy or satisfied.

They changed my tire and put a different brand wich is cheaper and doesn't match with other one's. When I drive in high way I can hear the wind which means the dor is not in place, I also have some small scratches in right side of the car which I didn't have them when I dropped the car

It took so long for small damage to repair and not a good work I would not recommend to go there!!!
