I want to give them an 8 or 9 but due to the lack of communication. Robert was the only one who called me back after me checking the status about 4 times. They kept telling me they’ll call me back later this afternoon for an update but no one called but I’m giving them a 10 due to the fact that they were honest and honesty goes a long way with me.

I have struggled with the frustrations of doing a Google review and leaving a bad rating. The fact that I had just spent over $1,500 of my hard earned dollars and for a representative to tell me to go to Auto Zone to touch up the missed spots was mind-boggling to say the least.

The paint job wasn't bad but a few spots were left off and when I brought it to the representative attention he stated that those areas were from where the tape was located. I asked, could they just have come back over those spots with a touch up brush and he stated no, but I could go to an Auto Zone and they sell the paint pens and I can find the right one that matches my paint. I was totally caught off guard by that response after just paying well over $1,500 for this paint job. I was also unaware and it wasn't explained to me that the very minor door dings would not be repaired they just paint over those, so once receiving my car back and noticed them, I was told that those they would have had to send it to their other location (body shop) and that would have been an additional charge. The staff was professional but the preparation work wasn't what I expected.

I'll rate it a 5. The Representative was nice and friendly; However, Had the representative just advised of this information regarding the door dings doing the first initial thorough walk around, and advised of the charge, we would have just paid extra but to receive a half-ass lazy paint job wasn't what I expected nor agreed to pay for.
