My emblem wasn’t replaced, my vehicle wasn’t touched for 10 days, then took 10 extra days to complete the work, Customer service was horrible, i didnt get any follow up calls or status calls, knowing I covered the rental out of my own pocket. The 5 is only because they buffed the scratch out and buffed the bumper!

Totally satisfied with the repairs. My car looks great! As respects to the mileage on my there was approximately 500 miles put on my vehicle while it was in your care and I am not happy about that.

The manager there is awesome! I missed the time up for when they closed and showed up late to pick up my car however he was still there and allowed me to take my vehicle home. Repair looks great and awesome service

The paint was good but held my car way to long and before I turned my car in my alignment was normal now I get it back it’s off track I am very dis satisfied and don’t recommend y’all

For number one I was charged a$25.00 estimate fee and come to find out that estimates are free, and I would like to know if I can get my $25.00 refund back. Number two the guy tried to charge me $500.00 just to paint my front fender until I got my son to take care my business for me. I know get would not cost that much to paint the whole car, I told the guy just because I was a woman he tried to over charge me but it didn’t work. The third thing was when he quoted me the first quote was $800.00 and something, so I told the guy I was paying out of pocket and that is when he broke it down to 500.00 and I had to pay half of that up front in which I did. I
