I took my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander in to replace my driver's sideview mirror. I was dealing with Damien at first. He said he had to order the mirror. Then it got delayed, but I only found out because I was scheduled to take my car in on the 18th of March, so I called ahead that day and found out it was delayed. Nobody contacted me. Then the mirror finally came in, but again, nobody contacted me, I had to call the shop to ask where it was. The time it was in the shop was decent, quick in and out. I pick up my car, and whoever worked on it left half the part sticker on the base of the mirror. It was glaringly obvious from the driver's seat. They started to clean it off and for some reason stopped. There are also gouge marks in my new mirror base from what looks like somebody using a tool to scrape the sticker off. The painted cover, the one they took off to paint, also is not seated correctly on the mirror. I cannot believe this is how my vehicle was returned to me. Based on the Google reviews, I thought this was going to be handled very well, but instead this was handled very poorly. I did take my vehicle back and showed them my issues. They said they are going to order a new base to replace it. That was March 26th. I have not heard anything.

The customer facing people did an okay job of damage control. They cleaned the gunk off the sideview mirror, which only took 5 minutes to do, so no idea why it wasn't done before. Still, lack of communication about parts delay and part arrival
