The check engine light is still on, the check tire pressure pointer system is on, the car had no gas in it when I went to pick it up, the air filter looks bent and old. I want to get the lights on my car checked out, also my car is idling high and not driving normal.

My ac won’t blow cold, check engine light is still on, TPMS sensor malfunction, car had absolutely no gas in it (undrivable) had to go fill up a gas can to even use the car, the oil was below the minimum line, and the communication between the store and me was absolutely horrid. I will never take my vehicle back there. I was informed that the vehicle was checked by a mechanic, but I don’t think it ever was. As previously stated above, my AC is only blowing warm air. So many issues after them having my car for so long. Completely shocked that they are an Allstate partner.

Although there was some slight communication about some expectancy we were pleased. However, our truck pick up was delayed due to being detailed and it wasn’t detailed at pick up.

I was told my truck was ready.When I got there truck was not clean.I left and came back to be told truck was washed off.Trash was in the bed of truck,,molding that go around passenger rear door was in back seat of truck.Who checks vehicles before customer is told vehicle is. Ready for pick up? PLEASE RESPOND.
