My car came back with a check engine light on. When we complained, the guy said that we declined for them to check that which was untrue. Now, I have to go fix this issue on my own. Bad service!

Tony was awesome. He updated me every step of the way and was able to get the job done 1 day ahead of schedule. He gave me a quote over the phone. When I went to the shop, the actual price is even lower than the quote he texted.

Tell the customer earlier about the cash payment preference. If the text explaining that does not arrive, the customer is stuck paying the 3% fee. Other than that, good job!
