Overall paint on body was good, but overspray on molding around windshield and rear tonneau cover not good. Some excess paint on hood near windshield. Wheel wells painted red and had to clean red overspray from 2 wheels.

I picked up my Mustang late last month. I got the hood painted and I plan to get the rest painted later on. Brandon helped me with the quote and was very communicative throughout the process, and so was the rest of the team. Anyways I’m really happy with my experience overall as well as with the paint job; my car is so pretty now. I didn’t think I was going to keep it much longer because of the previous damage but now I’m inspired to keep and maintain it as long as possible!

The experience with Maaco San Jose was beyond expectation. The whole experience was reassuring from start to finish. The team there is friendly and honest and up front and absolutely skilled. From setting up the contract and expectations to the prep and paint and final detail work. The resulting paint job was absolutely beautiful. Totally recommend. They will be my first thought on future projects!

I’ve been wanting to get these rocker panels replaced /painted on my 1972 GMC Jimmy done for some time now. Maaco & Staff made it an easy choice to “ get-rrr-done “ after explaining my needs and finishing the job in literally a couple weeks.. Mahalos to Maria for keeping me posted with photos along the way and updated on the progress! Absolutely highly recommend Maaco San Jose Shop, and its body men and painters. I’ll be returning to get the whole truck painted in the next 6 months!!!

25 year old 2000 Toyota Tacoma original paint had peeling clear coat for years and a few minor dents, dings and scratches. Had a complete bed and camper off frame repaint to original OEM #209 black sand pearl color. Paint job looks awesome and just like a brand new truck. Very content with the job performed.

When we originally received a quote we were under the impression the back hatchback lift portion of the roof would be painted. But Maaco left this area unpainted where it shows the paint coming off like the rest of the roof and hood. I guess they thought I would be paying $2089.84 to have a portion fo my roof look unpainted. This makes no sense. When I mentioned this to Maria today she said it would cost an additional $600 for this small area to be painted. I would have hoped Maaco could have offered to paint this small area for less given we just paid them $2089.84. We cannot in good conscience give Maaco a good review on Google or Yelp. I am a reasonable local business owner and will be willing to listen to Maaco if they are interested in working something out. But at this point we are not satisfied.
