My experience was perfect. Everything from the customer service at the front desk to the friendliness of the person who delivered my cat was beyond wonderful. I want to thank the people who painted and worked on my car so well and absolutely perfectly. Special thanks to the person who installed the decals on my car. I handed the decals when I was picking up the car not only did he install them for me in the last minute but he did it with a smile and enthusiasm. Really appreciate the willingness to help and the pain job which is perfect. Thank you!!

This was an easy process. I called the shop and explained exactly what I needed done. I took my car down the same day and dropped it off. They did a walk around with my car as I explained what I needed and expected. During the process communication was top tier. Car was ready within 1 weeks time. They did EXACTLY what I asked. If this were a rating system I'd give 12 out of 10 stars. This location has earned my trust!!

When we receive the car back the paint looked like someone did it in my backyard. I question the manager about the quality. He agreed and said he did not check the car before us picking it up. Also showed the painters spot where things were missed and they agreed it was not quality work and not sure how they missed it. We had another car and wanted it painted but after the job that was done we are disappointed. He did give us a discount but it’s still not enough for the quality of the way the car looks. Also things are already starting to chip off.

Lots of over spray, my driver side carpet was covered in white paint, the black trim wasn’t covered has some over spray. No communication on when it was completed. I had to call to find out that it was ready for pick up.
