The side stripes didn’t get done and I had to go to the Honda dealer to get the radio turned back on. Your good people there said they’d never had that problem when fixing the taillight that it knocks out the radio and it has to be reset. I googled it and it said that often happens. The dealer was able to reset it in less than a minute. I don’t know what the problem was with the stripes - if they didn’t have time to do them or what. Covering them up with plastic seemed like a poor solution. Other than that, the repaired body and sides of the car and taillight look really good.

I was happy with the body work and repair of the taillight, but was disappointed in just covering up the stripe with plastic tape - maybe they never had time to finish it. Also, the radio got disconnected and when I went back to ask them about it, they said they had never had that problem. Afterwards I googled it and they said that is a common problem when fixing taillights. I went to the Honda dealer afterwards and they fixed it in less than a minute. I thought the body and paint job looked very good.andrhe people who waited on me were very cordial.

I had a partial paint job on my 2009 Honda CRV, to include the hood and roof. After I took delivery of my vehicle I discovered a very small area near roof but not a part of the roof. The area was about 15in by 3in .After a review of the area needed, I was given a price quote of almost $600.00 for a small spot paint. In my past painting experience with Maaco, I will rate your Maaco facility located at 3440 S. Cobb Dr, Smyrna, my worst auto painting experience, Ga. I was told by the lady who reviewed my small area needing spot that they would paint the complete rear side of my vehicle. I implied that I would be willing to accept the spot painting.

I brought my suv to get repainted the right side top of my car even if it was not too bad but I just wanted to prevent it in getting worse but when I picked up my car I noticed that the high tail light cover was broken and I asked them about it they just told me that it was already broken and I asked them to send me the picture that the secretary took when I dropped off my car with a date when it was taken but the picture I got was when the car was already in side the shop and I asked them again to provide me that and instead they sent me how much it cost. I’m very disappointed with this situation that cover is thick and it’s impossible that it will break by itself and the cut was still very fresh looking.
