In terms of quality of work, the end result does not match the original condition or the undamaged side of my car. It is obvious non original parts were used. In terms of functionality, the car is running fine. Finally, in regards to communication and time to complete, it felt like I was never in the loop. I was never provided with any updates, I had to call to request information and updates on time of completion. When given an approximate date, it was pushed twice and still late in the day. Jaime was empathetic and did as much as he could, but I would not recommend just based on the overall experience. I won’t even be getting a full refund on a rental I had to get because the insurance provider only approved 14 days. I paid for 30, and had to request one from the shop, as they at first told me they could do nothing.

I was trying to contact my insurance company after the accident. As soon as the other driver got emergency services to come, coincidentally a tow truck driver shows up connected to the body shop. There is no front license plate, no towing DOT number posted, no tow pricing estimate, no truck driver identification, only the bodyshop card. Tow truck operators are supposed to have identification on the side of the truck. I was stressed for 24 hours because I didn't know where my car was stored. Then, the car was stored outside for around 2 months in the sun without a cover. Once I get the car back, I noticed a few black lines on the back bumper that weren't there before the accident.

This is my 4th time going to MAC Auto collision center after an accident and every time they have outdone themselves each time. They have repaired my car, my wife and now my daughter. Their customer service is AMAZING!!! Kayla and Cathy have the most warmest, kindest and approachable vibe. They genuinely care about everything that's going on with your car repair. I will never take my car to any other repair shop

I was asked to go pick up my car on Jan 6th. Which was a Saturday and the Manager (Jaime) wasn't there. My car was turned in with a Big paint scratch and Uneven Bumper. Now I am supposed to bring back the car to the Shop for repairs. Very disappointed with the quality of their work. The Manager should have done a thorough inspection inside and out before pressuring me to go pick up the car. They better have a car for me while my car is being repaired AGAIN! Wouldn't recommend this Shop.
