I absolutely would recommend MAC AUTO BODY COLLISION CENTER to anyone for repairs. I’ve never experienced such seamless, high quality service when it comes to car repair. The staff’s approach is positive and informative. It was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I would recommend this place over and over again!

MAC AUTO COLLISION did EXCELLENT A+ work on the repair of my rear bumper after it had been hit. I had previously went to another body shop who said they couldn’t repair my car if it had been hit before and they didn’t even look at it internally. However, MAC AUTO BODY took the time to put my car up on a rack and showed me that there was no previous work done on it that would hinder them from moving forward and that they could repair it, no problem! And that’s exactly what they did! My car looks absolutely awesome!

The customer service is beyond excellent. The front desk receptionist, Kayla, was very sweet, accommodating and hospitable. They offered me water on my first visit and just really made me feel comfortable being there. In addition, Kayla was very communicative through text messages about the status of my car or any other information about the process, etc. Jesus, the estimator, was so thorough and always provided details for whatever I asked about. The entire staff exhibited excellent customer service and always with a smile!
