The service over at Mac Auto is top tier! Some guy hit my car…just smacked me in the middle of the road! Luckily these guys pulled up on me! Helped tow my car to the shop, handled all the phone calls with Insurence. Was always available when I called! The owner of the shop is such a kind and informative gentlemen whom kept me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle.. from the mechanical work to the paint work he kept me informed every step of the way! The women at the front desk are always soooo polite when I called so I wanted to say thank you so much ladies for making it a breeze when I called for updates. When I picked my car up you would never be able to notice it was in an accident I was in Awe completely puzzled! Thank you again Mac Auto Collision Center!

Glad the service got done... but 1) took more than 2 weeks which is ridiculous 2) one of the workers told me he'd "help me with my deposit" - needless to say he didn't, which was half of the reason why I was bringing the car there.

Got 0 updates about the service. I had to call in multiple times and call multiple times a day to get an answer. Almost always it was "we will have an answer for you tomorrow". On top of the false promise that I was going to get help with my deductible
