I think that the repair was great! The car looks good as new, and I felt like the turn around time was very reasonable.

For the most part, customer service was great and the employees I reached when calling were always friendly. A few times, I had called the shop and no one ever answered the call. My only complaint is that I wish I didn’t have to be the one reaching out to receive updates, I wish that the shop had reached out to me to provide updates and timeline. I felt like I had to keep bothering to receive this information.
