We have invested in equipment and training to insure your vehicle leaves our shop as strong as the day it was made. And we offer a 24-Hour Towing Service. First and foremost, the Lady who runs the Body shop office is so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and just amazing. She made the whole process easy. The repairs were fantastic and we were very pleased with the outcome!

I brought my 2016 Nissan Titan in for rear bumper repair at Mac Haik Collision Center, and they did an outstanding job. The bumper looks brand new — you honestly can’t tell it was ever damaged. The quality of the work is excellent, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend them!

I dropped my car off was told by adjuster it would be 2 weeks .then they emailed me parts were not in good to be another week they gave me three different days I finally got my car when I drove it the left wheel making a cracking sound I called and the girl told me something might be loose I told her you all have my car for a month my car didn't sound like that when I dropped it off I took it back the next morning before I went to work the manager drove around the block with me and herd the noise told me that he was going to do a diagnostic test I told him I was going out of town I will bring it back when I get back I am very disappointed need to fix this

The only negative was when they gave me the keys I had to ask where my vehicle was and she just said over on the side. So I had to go find it. It was packed in a very tight spot and had to maneuver carefully between cars to exit the area. I would have expected my vehicle would have been up front or at least in a spot where it was easier to leave as I had been there a few minutes before to pay my cost before I returned the rental car to Enterprise and they knew I would be back in 15 minutes or less

Outstanding Collision Center customer service. Better that Auto Service Dept that has serviced my vehicle for 3 yrs with poor service.
