We have invested in equipment and training to insure your vehicle leaves our shop as strong as the day it was made. And we offer a 24-Hour Towing Service. This score is NOT a reflection of Ivan, Jamie, or Annika. It is a reflection of what I believe are management and cultural problems at the Victoria location. My repairs took 5 months and 2 days to complete. Most of the delays were the result of staffing shortages and a lack of communication between the body shop and the Hyundai service department. Even when it became clear in month 2 that my repairs were being hindered by the issues above, there was a fundamental lack of urgency by management and ownership to remedy the issues. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
