The quality of the repair seems astounding the ONLY negative thing I have to say is the wait time…. It did cost me quite a bit in rental fees. I had an overall good experience. The workers were helpful and the work is good from my knowledge. I just didnt like how long it took them to fix it considering i was told it would take approximately one week when it turned out to be over two weeks. If i had to pay for the car rental that would have been an extra week of having to pay for a rental.

Car still needs to go back for swirl marks in front fender when they tried to fix nips/ dust deposits were left in clear coat.

Fender is to high on driver side, sticks up higher then hood. swirl marks in clear coat, driver side head light is not aligned with hood, not to mention it took two months to fix and several back and forth to dealer to fix issues. The day I picked it up the headlights were not aligned and could not see to drive driving home. Way too many things to write.

I took my car in January 2 and said it would be ready January 8. Had 0 communication on updates and we had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on. It spent a total of 7 weeks in the shop! I got it back Feb 20th and today (Feb 23) I get a transmission code. We called them and they told us it was a history code (wasn’t made aware of that) that they scanned and found Feb 20 (the day of pick up)! They never did a pre scan so now we need to figure out a whole list of things considering I have never not once gotten any type of transmission code. I’m dissatisfied with how the entire process was handled.
