It took longer than expected which was out of yalls control but the communication was excellent. Always answered my calls or returned them same day when getting updates.

Unfortunately, we will never be recommending. We were insanely disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire process. The only beneficial thing that came from this horrific experience was the singular employee who managed to finally get us into a dealership loaner after 2 1/2 months of being without a vehicle. Without him, this entire experience would have been rated at less than a 1. I understand parts being on back order and issues with the insurance companies, but the lack of communication from the dealership and body shop is something that we feel could have been easily addressed, and even after numerous and frequent separate attempts of reaching out and asking for information, nothing changed.

9 - Mac Haik did a great job putting my car back together after my accident. The paint job was one of the best I've seen my Jeep looks great. Just wish the parts for the front bumper didn't come in a timely manner.

Evidently my wiper washer fluid container was replaced, I knew this from my estimate. I would have appreciated knowing that you didn’t fill the new container with washer fluid. I didn’t know it was empty until I needed it while driving on the highway December 23. I appreciated Annika(?), the coordinator at the front desk of the service.department. She represented your company very well.
